Artist Rights

I reserve the right to decline any commission orders without any explanation.
I retain the original copyright and ownership of the work. I can redistribute, reproduce, advertise, and display the work in my websites, social media, and portfolios according to my discretion. I have the right to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.

Client Rights

You are granted exclusive rights for personal use of the work produced. Commercial rights- monetization of the work for any purpose- are not included unless paif for separately, or stated. (see below for commercial TOS)
You will only receive the full-resolution digital file/s of the commission.
If you post the work on other platforms, please credit me. @Bobbsertt on IG, @Eujerian on X, @bobberlan discord, or a link to my website (preferred).
You can request a refund if, at any stage of the commission, I fail to make progress on the work for over a month. Note that this refund will be partial if I have already completed parts of the artwork, i.e. if you request a refund for a fully-rendered piece and I have already finished the sketch, I will refund the full price - price of sketch.
If you feel like you have not received what you paid for, we can discuss. This does not guarantee a refund.

Payment

I will not start working until I am paid.
I accept payments in installments for every type of commission besides sketch commissions.
I can accept payment via Zelle, Venmo, and Paypal.
Please try to minimize transaction fees. I may expect reimbursement if transaction fees are both avoidable and exorbitant (>$20).
Please make sure you have the ability to pay for any services. Chargebacks against me due to irresponsible buying will automatically result in a permanent blacklist.

Revisions

I will provide WIPs at the composition, sketch, and colored sketch phase. You are able to request 2 variations before the colored sketch phase. You can request 2 minor revisions following the colored sketch phase.
Additional minor revisions will cost an additional 10% of the base price per revision. Major revisions after the colored sketch phase will cost an additional 25% of the base price per revision.
You can change the reference for free if I have not started on the piece yet. It will count as a major revision if done afterwards.

Commerical Rights

Commercial licenses and reselling rights are not included for any commission unless discussed.
Commercial means usage on streams, broadcast content, or any monetized work (i.e. merchandise, monetized videos, album covers, etc). Reselling rights means selling the work to another party or another platform or on any platform.
Credits are required regardless of what commercial rights you purchase.
Commercial usage: +100% of original price.
Reselling rights (i.e. merchandise) for small businesses: +150% of original price.
